As the future of Sergio Ramos comes into serious doubt, it seems natural that Rafa Benitez would turn his attentions to replacing the Spaniard in Real Madrid’s backline.
France Football have peddled the transfer story that Real Madrid are keen on Koscielny where he could play alongside France international team mate Raphael Varane.
And, Gooners have not reacted well, after all Koscielny is a key player for Arsene Wenger’s side.
The Frenchman may not get the headlines of Alexis Sanchez or Mesut Ozil but seasons watchers of Arsenal know how important Koscienly is.
