Manchester United to fight Manchester City for Kevin De Bruyne according to Sport 1.

For some weeks now, Manchester United's rivals City have been on the tail of the Wolfsburg star and reports suggest they were close to agreeing a deal for the player in fee worth around £58m.
Manchester United are now set
to snatch the deal from their City rivals just as Chelsea snatched the Pedro deal from them last week. This has come as a result of lack of movement in the ongoing talks between Manchester City and Wolfsburg in the transfer deal.

Manchester United has been seen as a transfer failure or rather made a thing of mockery in the transfer market This summer after United's two top target this summer was snatched under their nose by their two main arc rivals in the Premier League.
Even thou he was able to sign Matteo, Depay, Schneiderlin and Schweinstiger this summer, Louis Van Gaal has been seen as a weakling as he missed out on Pedro after he opted and joined Chelsea, while Nicolas Otamendi made a shock move to Manchester City.
Stealing Kevin De Bruyne deal would serve as a revenge and a give the Old Trafford fans a face in the crowd as the transfer window comes to close this week. Being that the Wolfsburg star won the Bundesliga player of the year last season with 10 goals and 20 assists last Bundesliga campaign.
You can believe this with 95% if not 100 as Sport1 are a good and reliable transfer source in Germany, they were the first to break the news of Douglas Costa leaving Shakhrar for Bayern
