Chelsea and As Roma has completed Salah agreement but Fiorentina Compensation remains a stumbling block

Chelsea and As Roma has completed the full agreement for Mohamed Salah, but Fiorentina stands in their way.

Calciomercato.it reported that a a deal has been struck and they have agreed personal terms with salah.

But Fiorentina insists on being given compensation for giving up legal action against the player, which is now a hinderance to the transfer.

Salah was part of swap deal that moved Guillermo Cuadrado to Chelsea, it was a six month loan with one year extension for €1m and and option to buy outright after two years for €18m.

However, mohammed Salah has claimed he had the veto power to reject remaining in Florence. But Fiorentina also claims that the deadline to use that veto has been missed and the papers were never registered with the appropriate authorities.

Inter Milan were the first to declare Salah interest and were close to capture him, but the legal action threat against them and the player blocked the transfer.

Roma promised Fiorentina a compensation deal to allow them negotiate with Chelsea for Salah deal, but the formula of his move is yet to be known, may be a loan or loan with outright buy option or transfer fee discount.
