Baba Rahman has passed Chelsea medicals, Announcements imminent.

Chelsea is on the verge of completing a move for Augsburg's left back Baba Rahman as the sporting executive of Augsburg has said he has passed his London medicals.

Stefan Reuter Reported to Sky News Germany that the left back had successfully gone through his medicals.

The Ghanian left back, played for Augsburg in their 3-1 DFB-Pokal win against Elversberg last Weekend, but he is now ready to leave after only one season.

Confirmed sources told us last months that Chelsea are confident of completing the deal, and the player's agent said that the player has agreed personal terms with Chelsea last week.
It is reported that Chelsea have agreed €30m deal in add-ons.

German local paper Augsburger Allgemeine reported that Rahman was not with his team mates, thou he is still at Augsburg training complex.

He had an individual training behind closed doors, just to make sure last minute injury that could mare the transfer is avoided.

Allgemeine also reported that Furth will also benefit from the transfer, being that they are entitled to around 25% of the transfer fee.
