Manchester United have agreed a deal with Argentine shot stopper SergioRomero

Manchester United have agreed a deal to sign Argentine shot stopper Sergio Romero who is now a free agent according to Gazetta Dello Sport.

The 32 year- old Argentine goalkeeper has been out of contract after being released by Sampdoria and has been looking for a new club, and he seems to be on his way to Old Trafford.

The future of Two Manchester United goal keepers (De Gea and Victor Valdez) is still not certain but we are made to understand that Sergio Romero is a replacement for out going Victor Valdez.

Sergio Romero's signing will increase speculation of De Gea leaving Old Trafford. The shot stopper has been linked with Real Madrid and is widely speculated by spanish media that he's keen on joining them.

It remains to be seen whether David De Gea will remain at Old Trafford beyond September, but we don’t expect an end to this transfer saga anytime soon.
