A quite incredible friendly was played out between Holland and USA at the Amsterdam Arena tonight.
Holland appeared to be cruising to the win at 3-1 up after 53 minutes, but then the US’ never-say-die spirit really came to the fore.
World Cup hero John Brooks pulled one back on 71 minutes, and from the the US took the game to the Dutch, and incredibly completed a dramatic comeback to win 4-3.
Goals from Daniel Williams and Bobby Shou Wood in the final two minutes granted the US their first ever win over Holland, and what a way to do it!
