Skertel rejects Liverpool contract extension offers, says itsunacceptable

There are more dark clouds on the horizon at Liverpool.
Martin Skrtel’s future at Anfield has been called into question in recent weeks after the defender reportedly rejected a new contract.
According to the rumor mill, Skrtel’s uncertain future has alerted Wolfsburg, Napoli and Inter Milan to a possible move.
The 30-year-old defender joined Liverpool back in 2008, and his current deal with the club expires in 2016.
Skrtel has now given an interview to Slovakian news outlet Aktualne, and the defender has called out the Reds for their transfer dealings with him.
Without going into details of any figures, Skrtel called the contract offer presented to him as “unacceptable”.
Skrtel said that “older players” and “players with health problems” were on higher wages, “so I felt that I could sign such an agreement”. He added:
There has been some speculation about the interest of other clubs, and they are currently being addressed.
